    Group guy and girl sessions for 1hour. Training programs based on interval sessions and include a range of cardiovascular exercises such as running, boxing and include weight training with equipment such as dumbbells, body weight and kettle bells. Bootcamps are a full body work out all tailored to your individual fitness level.

    Mums on a Mission

    A 45min session tailored all for the hard working mums out there with 30mins of body and weight strengthening, cardio, interval training and 15mins dedicated to focus on the core, back, pelvic floor, and full body yoga based stretching. All to leave mums feeling rejuvenated energized and fighting fit! The session is located is outdoors at a park and playground for the kids to have fun while you sweat it out! Running every Tuesday in Beeliar at 9am.

    A %u2018No excuses%u2019 approach to your training. It%u2019s just you and me getting down to business to set targets and achieve that personal best. We are in it together, through thick and thin I will provide you with constant motivation and inspiration and the results will show.
