Scope Drafting and Design is owned by Nathan Peart, a Building Designer and Energy Efficiency Consultant who is passionate about designing and building the perfect homes, additions, and garages. To stand at the forefront of the competition and set himself apart from other designers, Peart has a strong focus on sustainable design. Sustainable design reduces the impact that houses place on the environment with such factors as power usage and water consumption. At the heart of Peart’s designs is Passive Solar Design, which utilizes the sun and sea breezes to heat and cool homes.

In an effort to make building your dream home as stress-free as possible, our tradespeople produce quality work each and every time, with personalized service and attention. From finding the right tradespeople, to working with a project manager, we understand the type of team it takes to successfully build a home. We focus on the end result and take pride in all of our projects, big and small. Not only do we operate on strong ethics and values, but we also work around a budget, without jeopardizing the quality and creativity of our work.
