The Global Good Foundation

Established in 2007, the Global Good Foundation exists to create a better world for people whom are affected by, or have been affected by domestic violence. Man, woman or child, the Global Good Foundation aims to assist every person whom has been affected by empowering, educating, and giving opportunities to each and every individual that needs help. The Global Good Foundation values The White Butterfly Effect – small events can have a large effect – and believes that if everyone did just one little thing for the greater good, then larger greatness could occur.
The Global Good Foundation is unlike any other charity. They are currently establishing Education Centres around the country, starting in WA. These centres will help disenfranchised individuals to get their lives back on track, rather than just give them a place to stay. Each centre will house a small community of people and pets, set in a rural area, and over the course of 3 months or more, will build up the confidence and education of the people residing within the centres. The Global Good Foundation recognise that individuals affected by domestic violence need to go through a process, starting with self-realisation and ending with re-entering the workforce, and that is what their programs intend to achieve. The GGF offer programs for women, men and youth, and offer housing opportunities for affected animals.
